 Subconscious Mind: Repeating affirmations, especially with intention and emotion, can help reprogram your subconscious mind, which in turn influences your thoughts, feelings, and actions.

How to Use "I am" Affirmations

Choose Affirmations that resonate
1. Select affirmations that feel authentic and meaningful to you.   
2. Be Specific: Make your affirmations specific and tailored to your goals and desires. 
3. Repeat Regularly: Repeat your affirmations daily, ideally in the morning and/or evening.
